r— _ � _ <br /> P . <br /> ; 78— �o�%�c� <br /> SUBDIVISTON AGREEMENT <br /> I,EMKE SUBD.IVISION <br /> In the City of Grand Island, Nebraska <br /> The undersigned, Darrell D. Lemke and Frieda M. T.emke, husband <br /> and wife, hereinafter called the Subdividers, as owners of a tract of <br /> land comprising all of Lots Ten (10) and Eleven (11) in BELS Second <br /> Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, and containing 0.689 <br /> acres, more or 1ess, desire to have subdivided as a subdivision the <br /> above described tract of land which is located within the corporate <br /> limits of the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, and hereby submit to the <br /> City Council of such City for acceptance as provided by law an accurate <br /> map and plat of such proposed subdivision to be known as Lemke Subdivision, <br /> designating explicitly the land to be laid out and particularly describ- <br /> • ing the lots and easements belonging to such subdivision, with lots des- <br /> ignated by numbers, and easements by dimensions, and propose to cause the <br /> plat of such subdivision when finally approved by the Regional Planning <br /> Commission and the City Council to be acknowledged by such owners, certi- <br /> fied as to accuracy of survey by a registered land surveyor, and to contain <br /> a dedication o£ the easements to the use of public utilities. In consid- <br /> eration of the acceptance of the plat of said Lemke Subdivision, the Sub- <br /> dividers hereby consent and agree with the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, <br /> that they will install or provide at their expense the following improve- <br /> ments: <br /> 1. Paving. '►'he Subdividers *aaive the right to object to any repaving <br /> district on Capital Avenue where said street abuts the subdivision. <br /> 2. Water. Water service is available to all lots within the sub- <br /> division_ The Subdividers agree to connect a11 structures located within <br /> said subdivision to the City water service main prior to the issuance of <br /> aa occupancy permit. <br /> 3. Sanitary Sewer. Sanitary sewer service is directly available <br /> to Lot 2 of said subdivision. Lot 1 is currently serviced by the existing i <br /> City sanitary sewer.
