<br /> ; 15. Uniform Moctgagr, Governing Law; SeverabitHy. This form of mortgage combines uniform covenanu for national
<br /> i use and non-uniform covenants with limited variations by jurisdiction to constitute a uniform securiry instrument covering
<br /> � real property. 7'his Mortgage shall be governed 6y the Iaw of the jurisdiction in which the Property is located. 1n the
<br /> event that any provision or clause of this Mortgage or the Note conflicts with applicable law, such conHict shall not afiect
