<br /> THIS DEED is made by Harold Hennings and Edwin Hennings as
<br /> Personal Representatives ofthe Estate of Frieda Hennings, deceased,
<br /> Grarttors, to Edna Rehder, Harold Hennings and Edwin Hennings, Grantees.
<br /> WHEREAS, the last Will and Codicil thereto of Frieda Hennings,
<br /> deceased, was duly admitted to probate in the County Court o£ Hall
<br /> County, Nebraska;
<br /> WHEREAS, Grantors were duly appointed Personal Representatives
<br /> of said estate and are now quali£ied and acting in said capacity; and
<br /> WHEItEAS, the Grantees are determined to be the persons antitled
<br /> to distribution of t1-�e hereinafter-described real property, and
<br /> Grantors are authorized to distribute the same to Grantees in equal
<br /> shares;
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, Grantors convey, assign, transfer and release ,

<br /> together with all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto
<br /> belonging, but subject to easements, restrictions of record, and
<br /> public roads.
