SCHULTZ, husband and wife, herein <br /> called the Mortgagors, in consideration of Seven Thousand and no/100 <br /> Dollars (S7,000.00), do hereby mortgage to BANK OF WOOD RIVER, <br /> Wood River, Nebraska, herein called the Mortgagee, the following <br /> described real- estate in Hall County, and State of Nebraska� <br /> The East Half of Lots Four (4) and Five i5) and the <br /> East Half (E�) of the South Twelve (12) Feet, of Lot <br /> Three (3) in Block '•H" in MacColl & Leflang�s Second <br /> Addition to the Village (now City) of Wood River, <br /> Nebraska. <br /> This Mortgage is given to secure the payment of the principal <br /> sum of 57,000.00 and interest thereon, according to the terms <br /> of a certain Promissory Installment Note of even date, executed by <br /> the Mortgagors to the Mortgagee, on which the final installment is <br /> due February 1, 1983. <br /> The Mortgagors fvrther agree to maintain insurance upon the <br /> above described premises in an amount not less than the indebtedness <br /> due the Mortgagee with a loss-payable clause in favor of Mortgagors <br /> and Mortgagee as their interests may appear. The Mortgagors agree <br /> to pay all taxes and assessments upon said premises and all other <br /> taxes, levies and ass�ssments levied upon this Mortgage and the Note <br /> which this Mortgage is qiven to secure be£ore the same become <br /> delinquent.
