<br /> joint tenants and not as tenants in common, with right of
<br /> survivorship, buyer (whether one or more) :
<br /> WITNESSETH, that the seller has this day sold to the buyer and
<br /> the buyer has aqreed to buy from the sel.I.er, subject to and upon
<br /> each and all of the terms, conditions and provisions hereof, the
<br /> following described premises, to wit:
