<br /> of the other, as joint tenants, and not as tenants in Gommon,
<br /> with right of survivorship, seller (whether one or more) and
<br />, Arnold C. Prorock, Jr. and Vicky Prorock, husband and wife, as
<br /> joint tenants and not as tenants in common, with right of
<br /> survivorship, buyer (whether one or more) :
<br /> WITNESSETH, that the seller has this day sold to the buyer and
<br /> the buyer has aqreed to buy from the sel.I.er, subject to and upon
<br /> each and all of the terms, conditions and provisions hereof, the
<br /> following described premises, to wit:

<br /> Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br /> County, Nebraslca,
<br /> together with the tenements, hereditatments and appurtenances

<br /> d. Seller hereby acknowledges receipt of the sum
<br /> of $2,500.00 paid upon the execution of this contract
