Huwaldt, hereinafter called the Sub- <br /> divider, as owner of a tract of land comprising Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4, in <br /> Block 14, Lambert's Addition to the City of Grand Island, and the easterly <br /> 40 feet o£ vacated Superior Street adjacent to Lot 4 of said block of said <br /> Addition to the City of Grand Zsland, Hall County, Nebraska, more parti- <br /> cularly described as follows: <br /> Beginning at the northeasterly corner of Lot 1; thence <br /> S 28� 30' 00" E 132.32 feet to the southeasterly corner <br /> of Lot 1; thence S 60a 36' 37" W 303.72 feet to the <br /> center line of vacated Superior Street; thence N 28° 37' 17" <br /> W 132_O8 feet to the southerly line of 6th Street; thence <br /> N 60� 34' S0" E 304.00 feet to the point of beginning, and <br /> containing 0.92 acres, more or less; <br /> desires to have subdivided as a subdivision the above described tract of <br /> land which is located within the corporate limits of the City of Grand <br /> Island, Nebraska, and hereby submit to the City Gouncil of such City for � <br /> acceptance as provided by law an accurate map and plat of such proposed <br /> subdivision to be known as Strawberry Lane Subdivision, designating <br /> explicitly the land to be laid out and particularly describing the lots <br /> and easements belonging to such subdivision, with lots designated by <br /> numbers and easements by dimensions, and proposes to cause ttie plat of <br /> such subdivision. when finally approved by the Regional Planning Co�nission <br /> and the City Council to be acknowledged by such owner, certified as to <br /> accuracy of survey by a registered land surveyor, and to contain a dedi- <br /> cation of the easements for the use of public service utilities. In con- <br /> sideration of the acceptance of the plat of said Strawberry Lane Subdivi- <br /> sion, the Subdivider hereby consents and agrees with the City of Grand <br /> Island, Nebraska, that he will install or provide at his expense the <br /> £ollowing improvements: <br /> 1.. Water.
