<br /> Elsters,to become a subs[ituted-purchaser or lessee by assuming all of the remaining obligations of Obligor to Eisters. - �
<br /> 3. In the event the option uader paragraph 2 is not exercised,or in the event or any default after it is exercised,it is
<br /> { agrced that Elsters may at any [ime thereafter, without further notice, remove the equipment,or any part thereof,from
<br /> [he premises. Elsters agrees to repa'u a1!structural damage to the premises caused by said removaL
<br /> 4. It is ageed that until such [ime as Elsters has been paid in full by Ob�igor,the equipment and ail addittonx to and
<br /> replacements and substitutions thereof,shall remain personal property, notwithstanding the manner in which it may be
<br /> affixed to the premises.
<br /> 5. In the event the Obligor, or any substituted Obligor,or any other tenant or occupant of the premises defaults in
<br /> payment or performance of his obligations to Owner or Els[ezs,Owner agrees,for a period of 24 months following such
<br /> default,to require any tenant or occupant of the premises,as a condi[ion of renting or otherwise using[he premises nnder
<br /> any arrangement, to become a substituted-0bligor of Eisters by assuming,in writing,all of the remaining obligations of
<br /> Obligor to Elstexs under t}te security agreemen[or equipment lease. , � �
