<br /> Warranty Deed recorded in Book 179, Page 130 in the
<br /> Office of the Reaister of Deeds of Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska.
<br /> The Grantor, MID-CONTINENT ENTERPRISES, INC. , a corporation,
<br /> organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State
<br /> of Nebraska, in consideration of One and DIo/100 Aollar ($1.00)
<br /> received from Grantee, does qrant, bargain, sell, convey and con£irm
<br /> unto CONTINENTAL GARDENS HOMEOLJNERS ASSOCIATION, a non-prof.it
<br /> Nebraska corporation organized and existing under and by virtue of
<br /> the laws of the State of Nebraska, herein called the C;rantee, the
<br /> following:
<br /> Outlot A and Outlot B in Block One (1) , and
<br /> Outlot A, Outlot B and Outlot C in Blocic Two
<br /> (2) , all in Continental Gardens, an Addition
<br /> to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska, subject to easements of record and
<br /> subject to the provision of the declaration
<br /> filed in the Reqister of Deeds O£fice in
<br /> Book 28, Page 604, and the Articles of
<br /> Incorporation and By-Laws filed for record
<br /> and recorded on Film Roll 98 of M.iscellaneous
<br /> Incorporations at Page 211 in the Office of
<br /> the Secretary of State of the State of Nebraska,
<br /> and the Declaration filed with the t'.ounty Clerk's
<br /> Office in Hall County, Nebraska, Document No.

<br /> TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described premises together with
<br /> all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging
<br /> �nto the Grantee and to Grantee's successors and assigns forever.
