<br /> THI$ DEED is made by Donald M. Tagge as Personal Representatiqe
<br /> of the Estate of Olga Tagge, Deceased, Grantor, to Donald M. Tagge,

<br />; WHEREAS, Grantor was duly appointed Personal Representative of
<br /> the Estate of Olga Tagge, Deceased, by the County Court for Hall
<br /> County, Nebraska, and is now qualified and acting in said capacity;

<br /> WHEREAS, the Grantee is determined to be the person entitled to
<br /> distribution of the hereinafter-described real property, and Grantor
<br /> is authorized and directed to distribute t2-ie same to Grantee.
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, Grantor conveys, assigns, transfers, and releases
