<br /> Mortgagors, in consideration of the sum of Eight Thousand and

<br /> unto JOE F. GRABOWSKI and AGNES GRABOWSKi, husband and wife,

<br /> shall pay or cause to be paid to the said Mortgaqees, their
<br /> heirs or personal representatives, the sum of Eight Thousand

<br />: all according to the tenure and effect of a certain Promissory
<br /> Note executed by Harold E. Wooden and Rita C. Wooden, husband
<br /> and wife, and delivered to Joe F. Grabowski and Aqnes Grabowski,
<br /> husband and wife, on , and shall pay all
<br /> taxes and assessments levs.ed upon said real estate, and keep
<br /> the buildings on said premises insured against fire and windstorm
<br /> in an amount not less than the indebtedness due the mortgagees,
<br /> then these premises to be void, otherwise to be and remain in
<br /> full force.
<br /> It is furtYier agreed (1) That if the said Mortgagors shall
<br /> fail to pay such taxes or procure such insurance, the said Mortgagees
<br /> may pay such taxes and procure such insurance; and the sum so '
<br /> advanced with interest in accordance with the said Promissory
<br /> Note shall be paid by said Mortgagors, and this Mortgage shall
<br /> stand as security for the same. (2) That a failure to pay any
<br /> of said money, either principal or interest when the same becomes
<br /> due, or failure to comply with all of the foregoing agreements,
<br /> shall cause the whole sum of money herein secured to become due
<br /> and collectible at once at th tion of the tdortgagees.
