Said Mechanic's Lien was filed as Document No. 76-OQ1385 in the office of the Register o£ Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska. 2. The subject of the aforementioned Mechanic's Lien was brought before a jury in the Hall County District Court in the case � of John McGlynn and Bonnie McGlynn, husband and wife, Plaintiffs vs. Frank Gion, Defendant, being Case No. 66-142. On May 17, 1977, said jury foimd that Frank Gion had no cause of action against John McGlynn and Bonnie McGlynn, and he should recover nothing on the aforementioned Hlechanic•s Lien. 3.
