Nelson, hereinafter called the Subdivider, as owner of a tract of land comprising a part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (SE�SE�) of Section Eleven (11) , Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the bth P.M. , in Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the southeast corner of said Section Eleven (11); thence westerly along the south line of said Section Eleven (11), a distance of three hundred forty-six and fifty- f ive hundredths (346.55) feet to the east line of Wetzel's Subdivision; thence northerly along the east line of said Wetzel's Subdivision a distance of one thousand three hundred seventeen and seven-tenths (1,317.7) feet to the north line o£ said Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (SE�SE�) ; thence easterly along the north line of said Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (SE4SE3) a distance of three hundred • forty-five and seven-tenths (345.7) feet to the east line of - said Section Eleven (11) ; thence southerly along the east line of said Section Eleven (11) a distance of one thousand three hundred seventeen (1,317.0) feet to the place of begin- ning, and containing 10.467 acres, more or less; desires to have subdivided as a subdivision the above described tract of land which is located within the corporate lir_iits of the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, and hereby submit to the City Council of such City for acceptance as provided by law an accurate map and plat of such proposed subdivision to be known as Von Ohlen Subdivision, designating explicitly the land to be laid out, and particularly describing the lots, streets, and easements belonging to suctz subdivision, with lots designated by numbers, streets by names, and easements by dimensions, and proposes to cause the plat of such subdivision when finally approved by the Regional Planning Coamiission and the City Council to be acknowledged by such owner, certified as to accuracy of survey by a registered land surveyor, and to contain a dedication of the street to the use and benefit of the public, and of the easements to public utilities.
