Nelson, hereinafter called the Subdivider, <br /> as owner of a tract of land comprising a part of the Southeast Quarter <br /> of the Southeast Quarter (SE�SE�) of Section Eleven (11) , Township Eleven <br /> (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the bth P.M. , in Hall County, Nebraska, <br /> more particularly described as follows: <br /> Beginning at the southeast corner of said Section Eleven <br /> (11); thence westerly along the south line of said Section <br /> Eleven (11), a distance of three hundred forty-six and fifty- <br /> f ive hundredths (346.55) feet to the east line of Wetzel's <br /> Subdivision; thence northerly along the east line of said <br /> Wetzel's Subdivision a distance of one thousand three hundred <br /> seventeen and seven-tenths (1,317.7) feet to the north line <br /> o£ said Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (SE�SE�) ; <br /> thence easterly along the north line of said Southeast Quarter <br /> of the Southeast Quarter (SE4SE3) a distance of three hundred <br /> • forty-five and seven-tenths (345.7) feet to the east line of <br /> - said Section Eleven (11) ; thence southerly along the east <br /> line of said Section Eleven (11) a distance of one thousand <br /> three hundred seventeen (1,317.0) feet to the place of begin- <br /> ning, and containing 10.467 acres, more or less; <br /> desires to have subdivided as a subdivision the above described tract of <br /> land which is located within the corporate lir_iits of the City of Grand <br /> Island, Nebraska, and hereby submit to the City Council of such City for <br /> acceptance as provided by law an accurate map and plat of such proposed <br /> subdivision to be known as Von Ohlen Subdivision, designating explicitly <br /> the land to be laid out, and particularly describing the lots, streets, <br /> and easements belonging to suctz subdivision, with lots designated by <br /> numbers, streets by names, and easements by dimensions, and proposes to <br /> cause the plat of such subdivision when finally approved by the Regional <br /> Planning Coamiission and the City Council to be acknowledged by such owner, <br /> certified as to accuracy of survey by a registered land surveyor, and to <br /> contain a dedication of the street to the use and benefit of the public, <br /> and of the easements to public utilities.
