� � <br /> 7g - U00176 <br /> � AMENDMENT TO RESTRICTIVE COVENANTS <br /> MEADOWLARK ESTATES SUBDIVISION <br /> HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA <br /> WHCREAS, the undersigned, Glenn Jahnson and Sharon L. <br /> Johnson and Meadowlark Estates, Inc . , a Nebraska Corporati.on, <br /> own all of the lots in Meadowlark Estates Subdivision in Hall <br /> County, Nebraska , and have previously established Restrictive <br /> Covenants applying to said subdivisiun and recarded as Document <br /> No. 77-006859 in the Register of Deeds Office, Ha11 County, <br /> Nebraska; and <br /> WHEREAS, it is the desire of the undersigned to amend <br /> Covenant 16 to provide for unrestricted access to lots in the <br /> subdivision from the access road and easement. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the undersigned hereby amend Covenant <br /> 16 of the foregoing Restrictive Covenants to read as follows: <br /> "16. As shown on the plat of the subdivision, a sixteen <br /> (16) feet wide easement has been platted and dedicated for utility <br /> purposes. The easement area sha11 also be used for an access <br /> road in order to provide ingress and egress tu each Lot from the <br /> count_y road. Since the easement is located on Lot Twelve (12) , <br /> the owner of Lot Twelve (12) , Meadowlark Estates, Inc. , hereby <br /> granCs to the owner or owners of each lat and their invitees, <br /> the unrestricted right ta use and [ravel the easement area, to- <br /> gether with any part of Lot 12 of the subdivision for access <br /> road purposes in order to provide inRress and egress to the <br /> platted lots in the subdivision.
