<br /> DEED OF DISTRIBUTION BY PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE
<br /> � (Intestate Estate)
<br /> This deed is made by Lorton 6. Heusel, Personal Representative of
<br /> the Estate of Joyce I. Heusel, deceased, as Grantor, to Lorton G. Heusel,
<br /> Gra ntee.
<br /> WHEREAS, Grantor is the duly appointed administrator of the estate
<br /> of Joyce I. Heusel, deceased, having been appointed by the Wayne Superior
<br /> Court for Wayne County, Indiana; and,
<br /> WHEREAS, 6rantor, as domiciliary foreign personal representative
<br /> of the estate of Joyce I. Heusei, deceased, has fi7ed authenticated copies
<br /> of his appointment and of any official bond he has given in the County Court
<br /> of Hall County, Nebraska, and by reason thereof now has all the powers of a
<br /> local Personal Representative and is now qualified and acting in said capa-
<br /> city; and,
<br /> WHEREAS, the Grantee, Lorton G. Heusel, is determined to be the
<br /> person entitled to distribution of the hereinafter described real property,
<br /> and Grantor is authorized to distribute the same to Grantee;
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, Grantor conveys, assigns> transfers and releases to
<br /> Grantee the following described real property, to-wit:
<br /> An undivided one-tenth interest in the South Half of the
<br /> Northeast Quarter of Section 20, Township 10 North, Range
<br /> 12 West of the 6th P.M. , Hall County, Nebraska
<br /> together with all tenaments, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belong-
<br /> ing, but subject to easements and restrictions of record.
