� r -� 78 - UU(� tuR JOINT TENANCY WARRANTY DEED rOscar Bredthauer and Lydia Bredthauer. his wife. herein called the Grantor whether one or more. in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00), love and affection received from Grantees, does qrant, bargain, sell , convey and confirm unto Oscar Bredthauer, Jr. and Rose Ann Bredthauer, husband and wife, as joint tenants and not as tenants in cortunon, the followin� described real property in Hall County, Nebraska: An undivided one-fourth interest in and to the Southeast Quarter (SE�;) of Section Thirty-Three (33), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M. , in Hall County, Nebraska, EXCEPTING THEREFROM that property conveyed to the County of Hall consisting of 4.52 acres, more or less, as described in the conveyance filed in Book 96 at Page 108 in Deed Records of Hall County, Nebraska; it being the intention of the Grantor hereby to convey to said Grantees in joint tenancy an undivided one-third (1/3) interest of the undivided three-fourths (3/4) interest presently owned by Grantor in said property, retaining however, to the Grantor, an undivided one-half (13) interest in and to said real property.
