<br /> Barbara K. Luebe. huaband and vife. of Grand Island, County of Hall,
<br /> State of Nebraska, as the Mortgagees in the certain Mortgage Deed,
<br /> hereinafter deacribed, do hereby certify that the said Mortgage Deed
<br /> which is dated the 29th day of December, 1976, made and executed by
<br /> Hid-America Co., a Nebraska corporatlon, se Mortgagor. to Jon F. Luebs
<br /> and Barbaza K. Luebs, huaband and wife, and recorded in the office of
<br /> the Register of Deeda of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document No.
<br /> 76-007500 of the records of said office, is, as to so much of the
<br /> property herein described, to wit:
<br /> The Southerly Five Hundred 'haenty-Eight and
<br /> Four Tenths (528.4) feet of the real property
<br /> descrlbed in the foresaid mortgage, which
<br /> property has nov been platted and recorded
<br /> and is legally described as follows:

<br /> inclusive, in Block Four (4); Lots Sixteen
<br /> (16) through Thirty (30), both incluslve,
<br /> in Block Three (3); and Lots Tventy (20)
<br /> and Twenty-One (21) in Block One (1),

<br /> to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska,
<br /> fully paid, satisfied, released and discharged. This Release ie given
<br /> on the express terme and condition [hat it shall in no wlse affect the
<br /> lien of the above mentioned mor[gage on ihe remaining land described in
<br /> said mortgage. but shall only be construed as a releasc� from the lien
<br /> of sald mortgage of the land above described.
