<br /> Any such appurtenances placed by the Grantee underneath, on, or above
<br /> the tract of land above described shall remain the property of the Grantee.
<br /> Tt�e Grantors, for themselves , their heirs, executors, administrators,
<br /> successors, and assigns, hereby covenant that no structure shall be erected
<br /> on such easement, no fill shall be placed on such easement to elevate the
<br /> property, and that they will not impede the flow of the storm water drain-
<br /> age across the easement area> and the rights herein �.ranted shall run with
<br /> the title to such tract of. land and shall be hindin� upon the Grantors ,
<br /> their heirs, devisees, Personal representatives , successors and assi�ns.
