<br /> ICAIOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS T33AT, in pursuance of an Order
<br /> of the Hon. Joseph D. Martin, Judge of the County Court of Hall
<br /> County, Nebraska, made on the 18th day of November� 1476, I was
<br /> licensed by said Judge to sell at public auction in the manner
<br /> provided by law, the real estate hereinafter described; that thereupon
<br /> I gave notice of the time and place of said sale as required by law.
<br /> and at the time and place therein specified, after said sale had been
<br /> held open for one hour I sold said xeal estate at public auction to
<br /> ; xichard Kelly� he being the highest bidder therefor, that said sale
<br /> was thereupon reported to said Judge of the County Court and by him
<br /> and all things confirmed and I was ordered to make a Deed of said
<br /> a' ; premises to said purchaser.
<br /> � NOW, THEREFORE, I, Robert M. Sorensen, Administrator of the
<br /> H, Estate of E1va Marie Shriner, Deceased, in consideration of the -
<br /> premises in the sum of Six Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($6,000.00)
<br /> so bid and paid by Richard Kelly and by virtue of the powers
<br /> entrusted in me by said order and proceedings do by these presents
<br /> grant, sell and convey unto the said Richard Kelly and unto his
<br /> heirs and assigns the real estate described as follo��s, to-wit:

<br /> Five (5), in Block Eleven (11), in Rollin's
