<br /> KNOW A!_L MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That the undersigned,
<br /> HERBERT F. GLOVER, JR. and ELIZA6ETH 6L04ER BOSSELMAN, as the
<br /> Mortgagees in a certain Mortgage Deed dated the 14th day of
<br /> June, 1974, made and executed by Stahla Mobile Homes, Inc. ,
<br /> � a Nebraska Corporation, to said Herbert F. Glover, Jr. and
<br /> Elizabeth Glover Bosselman, as Mortgagees, and recorded in the
<br /> Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, in
<br /> Book 165 of t4ortgages at Page 517 of the records of said office,
<br /> is, as to so much of the property herein described, to-wit:
<br /> The West Fifteen feet (W15' ) of Lot Thirty-seven (37),
<br /> all of Lot Thirty-six (36), and the East Eleven and
<br /> one-half feet (E11.5' ) of Lot Thirty-five (35), all in
<br /> Block Three (3), Blain Addition, an Addition to the
<br /> City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br /> { ` fully paid, satisfied, released and discharged. This Release
<br /> is given on the express terms and conditions that it shall in
<br /> no �aise affect the lien of the above mentioned t4ortgage on the
<br /> � i remaining land described in said Mortgage, but shall only be
<br /> construed as a release from the lien of said Mortgage of the
<br /> land above described.
