<br /> For the purpose of clearing title and for the purpose of severinq
<br /> � Lot Nine (9) of Jack Voss Horse Countryclub Second Subdivision, Hall
<br /> County, Nebraska, from the ownership and obligations of the common
<br /> ` areas, including barn, in the Jack Voss Horse Countryclub Subdivision
<br /> and the Jack Voss Horse Countryclub Second Subdivision, 'PHOMAS D.
<br /> METCALF, being the present owner of Lot Nine (9? of Jack Voss Horse
<br /> Countryclub Second Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska, for himself
<br /> and for�•all others hereafter claiming through him or his grantees
<br /> as a subsequent owner of the said Lot Nine (9) does nereby quitclaim,
<br /> grant, �bargain, sell and convey uttto JACK VOSS all of his right, title,
<br /> claim and interest in and to all of the Jack Voss Horse Countryclub
<br /> Subdivision and the Jack Voss Horse Countryclub Second Subdivision,
<br /> except that part thereof known as Lot Nine (9) of the Jack Voss Horae
<br /> i Countryclub Second Subdivision, Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.

<br /> It is the intention of this Deed that grantor hereby severs the
<br /> atoresaid Lot Nine (9) from the common areas of the Jack Voss Horse
<br /> Countryclub Subdivision and the Jack Voss Horse Countryclub Second
<br /> Subdivision, it being specifically understood and agreed that the
<br /> � grantor and all persons claiming through him and all of their grantees
<br /> � of Lot Nine (9) shall not as grantee of Lot Nine (9) acquire any
<br /> interest of any kind in or to the common area or barn originally
<br /> established in those two subdivisions.
<br /> , It is further understood and agreed that by accepting this
<br /> ` Deed, Jack Voss agrees that the subsequent owners of Lot Nine (9),
<br /> r Jack Voss Horse Countryclub Second Subdivision, shall have no ownership
<br /> in the said common areas and shall have none of the benefits from and
<br /> none of the obligations imposed by the Jack Voss Horse Countryclub
<br /> Subdivision Rules & Protective Covenants for Condominium recorded in
<br /> Book 23, Page 613 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br /> County, Nebraska or in Jack Voss Horse Countryclub Subdivision
<br /> Rules & Covenants to run with the land recorded in Book 24, Page 593
<br /> in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska or in
<br /> r Jack Voss Horse Countryclub Second Subdivision Rules & Covenants to
<br /> run with the land recorded in Book 24, Page 595 in the office of the
<br /> Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska.
