<br /> does hareby mortgage to PR�D BOSSELMAN, herein called the PSortgagee,

<br /> Nebraska, and part of Practional Lot T�ao (2) in
<br /> Fractional IIlock Eight (8) , in Gilbert's addition
<br /> F : to Grand Island, Nebr.; all being more particularly
<br /> described by Metes and aounds, as follo�vs, to-wit:

<br /> of a certain Promissory Note of even date, executed by the i�lortgagor
<br /> to the biort9agee, due the 12th day of November, 1977.

<br /> The ^lortgagor further agrees to maintain insurance upon
<br /> � the above clescribed premises in an amount not less than the
<br /> indebtedness due the Diortgagee with a loss-payable clause in
<br /> � ; favor of Piortgagor and 24ortgagee as their interests may appear.
<br /> The Mortgagor agrees to pay all taxes and assessments upon said
<br /> � premises and all other taxes, levies and assessments levied
<br /> " upon this ^iortqaqe and the Note which this Diortgage is given
<br /> ` to secure before the same become delinquent. In the event the
<br /> i t4ortgagor shall fail to obtain such insurance or pay such taxes
<br /> before delinquent, the Mortgagee may purchase such insurance
<br /> and pay such taxes or other liens and shall have a lien secured
<br /> ; hereby for the amount so advanced with interest thereon at the
<br /> K rate of 8 1/2 per cent per annum.

<br /> In the event the Mortgagor defaults in tlie payment of said
<br /> � ' indebtedness or fail to perform any of the other agreements
<br /> herein, the hiortgagee at his election may declare the entire
<br /> 9. debt secured by this Mortgage to be due and collectible at once;
<br /> and may foreclose this Mortgage for the satisfaction thereof.
