Intervention by Trustee . In any ,� udicial <br /> ;� proceeding to which the Authority is a party and which in the oginion <br /> � of the Trustee and its counsel has a aubstantial bearing on the <br /> `.i intereats of owners of the Bonds , the 'I`rustee may intervene on <br /> �� behalf of Bondholders and , sub ,ject to the provisions of Section 801 ` <br /> { ( 1 ) , ehall do so if requested in writing by the owners of at least <br /> twenty- five percent ( 25 � ) in aggre �ate principal amount of all Bonds <br /> ! then outatanding . The ri �hts and obligations of the Trustee under <br /> this Section are sub � ect to the approval of a court of competent <br /> ,� urisdiction . <br /> Section 805 . Successor Trustee . Any corporation or <br /> association into which the Trustee may be converted or merged , or � - <br /> , with which it may be consolidated , or to which it may sell or <br /> �t transfer its corporate trust business and assets as a whole or <br /> �; substantially as a whole , or any corporation or association re - <br /> sulting from any such conversion , sale , merger , consolidation or <br /> transfer to which it is a party , ipso f2ctor , shall be and become <br /> successor Trustee hereunder and vested with all of the title to <br /> the whole property or trust estate and all the trusts , powers , <br /> discretions , imnunities , privileges 2s�d all other matters as was <br /> ,� its predecessor , without the execution or filing of any instrument <br /> or ariy further act , deed or conveyance on the part of any of the <br /> parties hereto , anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding . <br /> € <br /> � Section 806 . ResiRnation by the Trustee . The Trustee <br /> and any successor Trustee may at any time resign from the trusts <br /> hereby created by giving thirty days ' written notice to the Au- <br /> thority and the Lessee and by registered or certified mail to <br /> each registered owner of Bonds then outstanding and to each holder <br /> of Bonds as shown by the list of Bondholders required by this <br /> Zndenture to be kept at the office of the Trustee , and such re - <br /> signation shall take effect at the end of such thirty days , or upon <br /> - the earlier appointment of a successor Trustee by the Bondholders <br /> f or by the Authority . Such notice to the Authority and the Lessee <br /> 1 <br /> may be served personally or sent by registered or certified mail . <br /> �' Section 807 . Removal of the Trustee . The Trustee may <br /> be removed at any time , by an instrument or concurrent instruments <br /> in writing delivered to the Trustee and to the Authority , and signed <br /> by the owners of a ma,� ority in aggregate principal a.cnount of Bonds <br /> then outstanding . <br /> Seation 808 . Appointment of Successor Trustee by the <br /> Sondholders ; Temporary Trustee .
