<br /> �� ( c ) the Authority shall unreasonably delay or fail
<br /> i� to carry on with reasonable dispatch or abandon the con-

<br /> �' struction of the Pro,ject ; or

<br /> `'� ( d ) the Authority shall for any reason be rendered

<br /> incapable of fulfillin� its obligations hereunder ; or
<br /> a ( e ) an order or decree shall be entered , appointing a

<br /> �� receiver or receivers for the Hospital Facility or any of
<br /> �� the revenues of the Authority , or approving a petition filed
<br /> � against the Authorit ,y seel:ing reorganization of the
<br /> `� Authority under the Rederal bankruptcy laws or any other
<br /> similar law or statute of the United States of America
<br /> �� or any state thereof , or if an,y such order or decree ,
<br /> s� having been entered �•rithout the consent or acquiescence
<br /> ��� of the Authority , shall not be vacated or discliar�;ed or
<br /> �� stayed on appeal within thirt,y ( 30 ) da5�s after the entry
<br /> ; thereof ; or

<br /> „� ( f ) any proceedin�; shall be lnstituted , iaith the
<br /> �'�� consent or acquiescence of the Authority , for the purpose
<br /> of effectin� a composition between the Authority and its
<br /> �� ' creditors or for the ourpose of ad,� ustin� the claims of
<br /> such creditors pursuant to an,y Pederal or State statute
<br /> � now or hereafLer enacted , if the clair�s of such creditor3
<br /> ;� are under any circwnstances pa,yable from the revenues and
<br /> ;a other moneys derived by ttie ;luthorit,y from the Lease ; or
<br /> �`� ( � ) if the Authorit,y ( 1 ) files a petition in bank-
<br /> :� ruptcy , or ( 2 ) malces an assignment for the benefit of its
<br /> ;� creditors , or ( 3 ) consents to the aopointment of a receiver
<br /> or trustee for itself or for the erhole or any part of the
<br /> �, Hospital Facility ; or
<br /> £� ( h ) if ( i ) the Authority is adiudged insolvent b,y
<br /> ;� a court of comoetent ,jurisdiction , or ( ii ) on a petition in
<br /> ;� bankruptcy filed a� ainst the Authorit,y it be ad,� ud�; ed a
<br /> . � bankrupt , or ( iii ) an order , Jud�ent or decree be entered
<br /> ='� by any court of comnetent ,1urisdiction appointin�; , without
<br /> w� the consent of the Authorit ,y , a receiver or trustee of the
<br /> Y , Authority or of t?1e t•rhole or any nart of its nroperty and
