<br /> ` Section 604 . Payment of Taxes , Charges , Insurance Etc .
<br /> � The Authority will cause the Lessee to maintain the insurance and

<br /> � pay all lawful taxes , assessments and charges at any time levied
<br /> or assessed against �r �.vith respect to the Hospital Facility to the
<br /> •� extent provided in the Lease , provided , however , that nothing con -
<br /> ;� tained in this Section 604 shall require the maintenance of insur-
<br /> � ance or payment of any such taxes , assessments or charges if the
<br /> � same are not re uired to be maintained or
<br /> '+ 4 paid by the Lessee under
<br /> ;y the provisions of the Lease .
<br /> ? Section 605 . P�laintenance and Repair . The Authority will
<br /> � cauae the Lessee at its ovrn ex.pense to maintain the Hospital Facil- `
<br /> , , ,;; ity in good repair and in good operating condition as provided in
<br /> ?? the Lease , it being understood that the Lessee may , at its own ex-
<br /> ;� penae , make from time to time additions , modifications or improve -
<br /> , ;, ments to the Hospital Facility under the terMs and conditions set
<br /> N forth in the Lease .

<br /> `b 5ection 606 . Recordation of Lease and Security Instruments . -
<br /> :" The Authority shall cause the Ground Lease , the Lease and all supple -
<br /> � ments thereto as vrell as such other security instruments , financing
<br /> ' statements and all supplements thereto and other instruments as
<br /> '� may be required from time to time to be ]cent , recorded and filed in
<br /> '� such manner and in such places as may be required by laV� in order
<br /> ,� to fully preserve and protect the security of the holders and owners
<br /> � of the Bonds and the bearers of the coupons appertai.ning thereto
<br /> � and the rights of the Trustee hereunder .
<br /> � Section 607 . Inspection of Boolcs . The Authority cove -
<br /> { nants and agrees that all books znd docurients in its possession
<br /> g � relating to the tiospital Facility and the revenues derived from
<br /> '' the Hospital Facility shall at all tir�es be open to inspection by
<br /> � such accountants or other agencies as the Trustee may from time

<br /> A Section 608 . List of IIondholders . To the extent that
<br /> ? such information shall be made Y.nov:n to the Authority , it ��rill
<br /> "� ;�; keep on file at the principal office of the Trustee a list of names
<br /> ' ;� and addresses of the last known hol3ers of all Bonds nayable to
<br /> : 's'� bearer and believed to be held by each of such last known holders .
<br /> ; ;� To said list the Trustee shall add the nar�es and addresses of the
<br /> `T.' holders of all Bonds which ma;� frorn tir.e to tir�e be registered as
<br /> to principal on the registration books in the nands of the Trustee
<br /> :'';: as Bond Registrar . Any Bondholder may reauest that his name and
<br /> `' :` address be placed on said list by filing a i�rritten request with
<br /> �: :';s` the Authority or ti•rith the Trustee , �,lhich request shall include a
