<br /> ri If bhe acquisition and construction of the Pro,ject has
<br /> '� been completed , any moneys remaining in the Construction Account of

<br /> ,� the Construction Fund may be transferred to the Equipmen� Account

<br /> ;� ( D ) The Authority shall , or shall cause the Lessee to ,
<br /> �� submit to the Trustee monthly pro�ress . reports concerning the con -
<br /> ` >? struction of the Pro� ect and shall deliver to the Trustee within 90
<br /> �� days after the completion of the Pro,ject the followin� :

<br /> � ( a ) A certificate of an Independent Architect :
<br /> f ( 1 ) statin� that the construction of the
<br /> ' ;;'r, Pro� ect has been fully completed in accordance �vith
<br /> the plans and specifications , as then amended , t�nd
<br /> "z the date of completion ; and

<br /> �, ( 2 ) statin� that tie has made such icivesti6ation
<br /> <, of such sources of information as are deemed b,y him
<br /> 'z to be necessar,y , Sncluding pertinent record3 of the
<br /> Lessee , and is of the opinion that the ProJect has
<br /> " been fully paid for and no claim or claims exist
<br /> _° against the Authority or the Lessee or against the
<br /> :i Pro� ect out of which a lien based on furnishing
<br /> °= labor or mat � rial exists or mifiht ripen ; provided ,
<br /> � however , there ma,y be excepted from the foregoing
<br /> 1 „ statement any claim or clali:� s out of iahich a lien
<br /> ;; exists or mi � ht ripen in the event that the Lessee
<br /> , : ;+ intends to contest such clair� or claims ; in which
<br /> � event such claim or claiMs shall Ue described , pro -
<br /> „^ vided , i'urther , however , that it shall be stated
<br /> ��; that funds are on deposit in Lhe Construction Pund
<br /> : or are available throuFh banl: loans committed to the
<br /> '� Lessee sufficient to mal:e payment of the full

<br /> + shall be filed with the Trustee a certificate oT the
<br /> Independent Architect• when and a� such claim or clainus
