The Trustee shall , in accordance ?�Y; with the L�lritten Request of the Lessee , allocate the moneys on deposit in the Construction Fund which are to be used to oay the y; cost of movable eauipment included in the Pro,ject to the Equipment ' ` ;� Account and shall allocate the balance of such moneys to the Con- �`' struction Account to be used to pay the costs of acquiring and con- '' structing the ProJect and such other costs relatin� to the Pro,ject ," as are permitted under the Act , but not for the payment of the cost � '.� of movable equipment .
