<br /> � Pursuant to the Act the Authority has , with the aoproval
<br /> < of the Lessee , concurrently herewith issued and sold its Ho �pital
<br /> , �' Authority No . 1 of Hall County , Nebraska Revenue Bonds , Series A
<br /> ; ( St . Prancis Hospital Pro,� ect ) in the aggregate principal amount
<br /> �;� of $ 9 , 380 , 000 under and pursuant to that certain Trust Indenture
<br /> F�y dated as of October 1 , 1976 ( the " Indenture " ) from the AuthoritY
<br /> =w to NATIONAL BANK OF COMMERCE TRUST AND SAVINGS ASSOCIATION , as
<br /> ?; Trustee ( the " Trustee " ) , for the purpose of providing funds to
<br /> "` finance a portion of the cost of constructing and equipping a new
<br /> �;
<br /> � 115 bed acute care hospital facility ( the " Pro � ect " ) located on
<br /> �,� the real estate described in Exhibit A attached hereto and made a
<br /> <, part hereof ( the °Leased Land " ) and paying expenses incidental
<br /> r; thereto , so as to provide hospital facilities which are needed in
<br /> � s Hall County , Nebraska .

<br /> .:� Concurrently herewith the Lessee and the Authority have
<br /> ,� entered into a (}round Lease dated as of October 1 , 1976 ( the
<br /> ;� " Cround Lease " ) whereb ,y the Authority has obtained a ground lease -
<br /> � hold interest in the Leased Land and upon which the ProJect is to
<br /> _% be constructed . The Authority now desires to lease the Hospital
<br /> � Facility , as hereinafter defined , to the Lessee and the Lessee
<br /> , � desires to lease the same from the Authority on the terr�s and con-
<br /> �°, ditions set forth herein and accordingly the Authority and the
<br /> ;� Lessee hereby covenant and agree as follows :
