<br /> r� Events of Default and Remedies Therefor �

<br /> �r Section 9 - 1 • Events of Default Defined . The foll.ovrin�

<br /> :� of default " or " default " shall mean any one or more of the follow -

<br /> '� ( a ) failure of the Lessee to pay the rents required to
<br /> '� be paid under Section 3 • 3 hereof when due and the continuance of

<br /> a ( b ) failure of the Lessee to make the payments required

<br /> � ( c ) failure of the Lessee to perform any other covenant ,
<br /> � condition or provision hereof and to remed;/ such default �rithin 30
