<br /> w from the Lessor , for the term , at the rental and en the conditions
<br /> herein set forth , sub,ject to Pes•mitted Encumbrances as defined ir.

<br /> x Section 2 Lease Term . The lease term for the Hospital
<br /> Facilit ,y shall commence on the date of deliver,y of this Grotind I�ease
