<br /> .� whatsoever of the use or occupancy of the Hospital Facility or
<br /> � any part thereof and whether or not resulting from any restriction '
<br /> or requirement of law , ordinance , rule or regulation of any public
<br /> � body or authority having � urisdiction over the Hospital Facility
<br /> ,� ( whether relating to the use or occupancy of the Hospital Facility ;
<br /> }� or the quality , character or condition of the structures , buildings ,
<br /> � ,�3 improvements or equipment thereon or otherwise ) ; or '

<br /> � ( c ) any failure to complete the construction of the
<br /> �,. Pro� ect or any acts or circumstances constituting failure of
<br /> :� consideration , eviction or constructive eviction , or commercial
<br /> .� frustration of purpose ; or

<br /> x ( d ) any change in the tax or other laws or administrative
<br /> fs rulings of or administrative actions by the United States of America
<br /> � or the State of tJebraska or any political subdivision or agency of
<br /> ._,p either ; or

<br /> � ( e ) any indebtedness or liability of the Authority to
<br /> ,.. the Lessee or any failure of the Authority to observe or perform
<br /> � � any agreement , whether expressed or implied , or any duty , liability
<br /> � or obligation arising out of or contained in this Lease or otherwise ;

<br /> � ( f ) any failure or defect in the rights of the Authority
<br /> ,g to its leasehold interests in the Hospital Facility ; or
<br /> � ( g ) any other reason whatsoever , whether similar or
<br /> � dissimilar to the foregoing , except as otherwise provided in Section
<br /> "' 3 . 6 hereof .

<br /> � Section 3 . 6 . Prepayment of Rents . Pursuant to Sections
<br /> 6 . 1 and 6 . 2 hereof , the rentals payable hereunder may be partially
