<br /> " Interest Fund " or " Interest Fund - St . Francis Hosoital
<br /> ; Pro ,ject " means the fund created by Section 403 of the Indenture .
<br /> � : " Lease " means this Lease and all amendments and supplements

<br /> � " Leased Land " means the real estate described in Exhibit

<br /> this Le2se equal to interest paid on any Bonds outstanding during
<br /> ' ` the period of determination , other interest on Funded Debt ,

<br /> determined in accordance with generaily accepted accounting
<br /> �� principles but excludin� any profits or losses on the sale or other
<br /> disposition , not in tne ordinary course of business , of investments
