<br /> THIS DEED entered into this�=G"��day of October, 1976 by and
<br /> � between.The Uverland National Hank of Grand Island, Administrator
<br /> with Will Annexed under the Last Will and Testament of Carl
<br /> Stoltenberg, Deceased, Grantor, and Ronald J. Eckles and Beverly
<br /> Kay Bckles, husband and wife, as joint tenants with right of
<br /> survivorship and not as tenants in common, Grantees.
<br /> WITNESS, that the Grantor, being duly appointed, qualified and
<br /> acting Administrator with Will Annexed of the Estate of Carl
<br /> Stoltenberg, Deceased, under his Last Will and Testament, admitted
<br /> to probate in the County Court of Hall County, Nebraska, by virtue
<br /> - of the power and authority granted it under said Will, and in
<br /> consideration of the sum of Twenty-six Thousand One Hundred Fifty
<br /> and No/100 Dollars (526,150.00) to it paid by Grantees, receipt
<br /> 'j whereof is hereby acknowledged, does by these presents grant, bargain,
<br /> i sell, remise, release, convey, and confirm unto the Grantees, and to
<br /> their assigns or to the heirs and assigns of the survivor of them,
<br /> the following described real estate, to-wit:
<br /> Lot Two (2), Block Two (2), i4indolph's Addition
<br /> r to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.

<br /> Together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and
<br /> �; appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining and also
<br /> i all of the estate, right, title, interest, property, possession, claim
<br /> and demand whatsoever, which the said Testator had at the time of his
<br /> decease, and which the said Grantor has by virtue of the said Last Will
<br /> and Testament, or otherwise, of in or to the above granted preaises,
<br /> and every part and parcel thereof with the appurtenances;

<br /> TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises with the hereditaments and
<br /> appuztenances thereof unto the said Grantees and to their assigns or
<br /> to the heirs and assigns of the survivor o£ them forever.
<br /> Grantor, for itself, its successors or assigns, covenants with the
<br /> Grantees that it is lawfully the Administrator with Will Annexed under
<br /> ' the Last Will and Testament of Carl Stoltenberg, deceased; that it is
<br /> lawfully seized of said premises; that said premises are free from
<br /> encumbrance except as excepted above, and that it has power to convey
<br /> the same; that it has in all respects acbec� in making this conveyance,
<br /> _ pursuant to the authority granted it under the Last Will and Testament
<br /> of Carl Stoltenberg, deceased; that it has not done, made, or suf£ered
<br /> � any act, matter or thing whatsoever, since it was Administrator with
