<br /> Under oath, Robert H. Pollock declares:
<br /> � 1. He is President of Pollock Well Drilling Co., a Nebraska ,
<br /> corporation, conducting and carrying on a well drilling business in
<br /> s. Central Nebraska, called in this Mechanic's Lien the "Claimant."

<br /> 2. On or about June 23, 1976, the real estate described in
<br /> Paragraph 3 of this Mechanic's Lien was owned by Ronald L. Holsten
<br /> and LaDonna B. Holsten, husband and wife, as joint tenants with
<br /> �' right of survivorship, and not as tenants in common.
<br /> �.
<br /> 3. On or about June 23, 1976, Owners were the owners of the
<br /> following described real estate in Hall County, Idebraska:
<br /> Lot Five (5) in Block Two (2) , Westroads Estates,
<br /> � Hall County, Nebraska.

<br /> 4. Claimant knows by personal knowledge, on or about June 23, 1976,
<br /> Edward R. Jenkins. was contractor for Owners, building and constructing
<br /> a building for Owners on the real estate described in Paragrapn 3 of
<br /> this Mechanic's Lien, and on or about June 23, 1976, Claimant made a
<br /> ' verbal contract with Edward R. Jenkins, contractor for Owners, to
<br /> furnish all of the material, equipment and labor for installation of
<br /> a water well on the real estate described in Paragraph 3 of this
<br /> � Mechanic's Lien.
<br /> 5. The following is a correct account in writing of the material,
<br /> equipment and labor furnished, performed and delivered by Claimant
<br /> to Owners under the verbal contract made with Edward R. Jenkins,
<br /> contractor for Owners, for installation of a water well on the
<br /> real estate on June 23, 1976:
<br /> 75 feet of 4-inch casing, drilling equipment
<br /> and labor, at $3.75 per foot $ 281.25
<br /> i
<br /> 6. The material, equipment and labor were furnished, performed
<br /> $ and delivered on June 23, 1976, and the price of $281.25 charged
<br /> for the material, equipment and labor is fair and reasonable, and
<br /> a�� is unpaid.
<br /> 7. There is now due on Owners' account �vith Claimant the sum of
<br /> $281.25, for which Claimant claims a lien on the real estate,
<br /> together with interest at the legal rate allowed by law.
