<br /> ': (c) the fees and other costs incurred for services of such engineers ,
<br /> ; architects and independent accountants as are employed to make examinations and reports

<br /> ,f Trustee of any funds in its custody under the Mortgage ;

<br /> � = In the event the Company shall fail to make any rent payment as required by

<br /> ` � until the amount in default shall have been fully paid .

<br /> Section 1 . 05 . To Wliom Rent is Payable . Payments of the Basic Rent shall be
<br /> � made by the Company directly L- o ttie Trustee for deposit to the credit of the Bond Fund .
<br /> �'3� Payments of the Additional Rent shall be made by the Company directly to the persons ,
<br /> firms , governmen[al agencies and other entities , including the Lessor and the Trustee ,
<br /> j entitled to .such payments ; provided , . however , that upon written request to the Company
<br /> by the Trustee , any or all of such payments shall be made to the Trustee for payment
<br /> r� � by the Trustee of the costs and expenses for which the Additional Rent is payable .

<br /> ; Section 1 . 06 . Notice to Pay ; Medium of Pavment • Acceleration . Failure to
<br /> � receive any prior notice of the due date of any installment of Basic Rent will not
<br /> ' relieve the Company of its obligation to pay such installment of Basic Rent when it
<br /> is due and payable . The Company covenants and agrees that it will pay or cause to be
<br /> paid when due and payable hereunder the flasic Rent , and every installment thereof ,
<br /> without notice or demand therefor and witi�out abatement , reduction or set-off of any
<br /> ` kind or nature whatsover , in such coin or currency of tlie United States of America as ,
<br /> at the time of payment , shall be legal tender for the payment of public and private
<br /> '� debts . The Basic RenC required to be paid hereunder to the Trustee shall be absolutely
<br /> `'`' net to the Lessor .

<br /> If by reason of any default of the Lessor under the Atortgage the obligation
<br /> „ of the Lessor to pay the Bonds is accelerated or the Bonds shall otherwise be due and
<br /> payable immediately pursuant to the provisions of the Mortgage , the Company shall
<br /> _ forthwith pay to the Trustee for deposit to the credit of the 8ond Fur,d an amount
<br /> ' "�; which shall be sufficient , with all other funds available therefor , to pay the Bonds
<br /> in full , including all principal and interest and redemption premium , if any , and to
<br /> pay all other obligations of the Lessor incurred or to be incurred in connection with
<br /> ' the Demised Premises or Additional Improvements , if any , or under the Piortgage or
