<br /> :; Section 10 . 14 . Effective Date of this Lease . Nocwithstanding that Chis
<br /> ; Lease is dated as of the lst day of October , 1976 , and the term thereof commences on
<br /> auch date , this Lease shall take effect when it is fully executed and has been delivered
<br /> ' to the parties hereto contemporaneously with the initial delivery of and payment for
<br /> � the Bonds initially issued by the Lessor under the Mortgage and rent shall be payable
<br /> ;, in accordance with the schedule attached here [o as Exhibit B regardless of the state of

<br /> ` � Section 10 . 15 . Covenant to File U . C . C . Financin� Statenent . The Company
<br /> covenants and agrees that it will file with the appropriate authorities , pursuant to
<br /> � the Nebraska Uniform Commercial Code , a financing statement showing the Company as
<br /> , Debtor and the Lessor and Trustee as Secured Parties if any personal property should
<br /> s become subject to this Lease . Such statement shall list all equipment , machinery and
<br /> ��' fixtures , now owned or to be acquired which constitute a part of the Project , including
<br /> any replacements and together with all Revenues of said Project which are pledged by
<br /> `} the Lessor to the Trustee under the Mortgage .

<br /> + Section 10 . 16 . Company to Have Benefit of Investment Credit and Depreciation .
<br /> ° Lessor covenants and agrees , upon written request of the Company , to execute and deliver
<br /> ,� t� any such documents , and to take all such other actions , as are necessary , proper or
<br /> :� desirable in assisting and enabling the Company in obtaining the investment tax credit
<br /> -; with respect to , or in connection with , the Project under Sections 38 and /or 48 ( d ) of
<br /> ; the United States Internal Revenue Code , or such other provisions thereof as shall
<br /> - from time to time be in effect and have application thereto , and in connection with
