The fiscal agent for the Lessor (which in the case of the Series <br /> A Bonds is , Robert E . Schweser Company Incorporated ) shall be under no obligation to <br /> ' : _s any Bondholder for any action that it may or may not take or in respect of anything that <br /> it may or may not do by reason of any information contained in any reports or other <br /> documents received by it under the provisions of this Mortgage .
