<br /> KNOW AI,Z MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That I, Veda Liebsack,
<br /> the duly appointed, qualified and acting guardian of the estate of
<br /> Arthur C. Neyhart, an incompetent person, and likewise the duly
<br /> appointed, qualified and acting guardian of the estate of Virginia
<br /> S. Neyhart, an incompetent person, on this date, by virtue of a
<br /> �, licenee to sell the said real estate granted to me by the Honorable
<br /> Joseph D. Ptartin, Judge of the County Court of Ha11 County, I�lebraska, ,
<br /> and in purauance of the power and authority granted and conferred
<br /> : upon me by said Court in said order dated September 10, 1976, and
<br /> having first taken the oath, and being under bond, as required by
<br /> ;. law,• and after giving due notice by legal advertisement of the time
<br /> t and place of sale, and after keeping said sale open for one hour,
<br /> •' I did sell at public auction, on the gth day of October, 1976, the
<br /> said real estate hereinafter described, to Henry Schultz, Jr., and
<br /> ; Zorraine Schultz, husband and wi£e, as Joint Tenants, the grantees
<br /> herein, they being the highest bidders therefor, and said sale rras
<br /> thereupon reported to said Court and has now been confirmed by order
<br /> of the County Court of Hall County, Pdebraska, on October /3tiv ,
<br /> 1976, and this conveyance directed accordingly.
<br /> TdOW, THEREFORE, I, Veda Liebsack, in my capacity as such
<br /> # guardian aforesaid of the estate of Arthuc C. Neyhart, an incompe-
<br /> tent person, and of the estate of Virginia S. Neyhart, an incompe-
<br /> # tent person, in consideration of the sum of TVIENTY-FOUR THOUSAND
<br /> +' rIVE HUNDRED AND IJO/100 DOI,LARS ($24,500.00), in hand paid by the
<br /> grantees, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby
<br /> � grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm, unto HENRY SCHUZTZ, Jr.,
<br /> and I,ORRAINE SCHUZTZ, huaband and vrife, as joint tenants with right
<br /> ,j of survivorship, and not as tenants in common, the following de-
