<br /> ;- Grantee and use�Uy the Grantor for thc limited grazing of cattle as may Ue per-

<br /> Ii, 4. The Grantce agrees to hold znd sn��e the Grantor harmless from
<br /> ��I any and all liability by reason of personal injury to any person or persons and (
<br /> Ii from nll liability for damages or injury to any property of any person or por-
<br /> I� sons resulting from any act, failure to act or negligen�e on the part of the '
<br /> } �II Grantee resulting from said construction, maintenance, operation and use of said �

<br /> 5. The Gruntee is responsible for operating and maintaining the j�
<br /> � � abovo described works of improvement within its cliscretion. I
