<br /> That THOMAS DOLTON and KRISTI� DOLTON, husband and wife, and
<br /> RONALD E. LUKESH and JEAN LUKESH, husband and wife, hereinafter
<br /> called the Grantor, whether one or more, for and in consideration

<br /> and assigns, however, the Grantor retains the right to use and
<br /> enjoy said premises subject only to the right of the Grantee to
<br /> use tne same for ingress and egress and Grantor assumes no respon-
<br /> sibility for maintenance of any existing roadways upon such ease-
<br /> ment, and subject to the joint use by other owners of real estate
<br /> adjacent for ir.gress and egress.
