Y � The City of lJood River shall not damage any hackberry � ' trees, tnore particularly the hackberry trees 525 feet North of the North�•�est corner of the South�aest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (SW4SE;) of Section Eighteen (18), To�•inship Ten (10) North, Range Eleven (11) lJest of the 6th P.M. , Hall County, Nebraska; the City � ` will backfill with sand to 3 feet from ground level any cuts made � ? for sewage line and then fill tf�e last 3 feet with natural topsoi] _ around all grain bins on the adjoining property starting 100 feet r `' South of the Southern-most existing grain bin and continuing 10 feet North of the Northern�iost grain bin; all construction on the Easement will not interfere with the farming operations of the Grantors; the trench for sewage lines shall be backfilled and maintained in its original condition and any and all additional maintenance must be made by the Grantee on notification by the land owners.
