<br /> and is providing nntural gas service to the city's municipal po�aer
<br /> plant under the provisions oE certain contracts between said company
<br /> ! and the City of Grand Island; and
<br /> ��lIEREAS, the City of Grand Island has requested Kansas-
<br /> Nebraska to relocate n portion of their pipeline facilities; and
<br /> WHEREAS, Kansas-:lebraska will require right-of-way across

<br /> THERBFORE, BE IT RESOLVGD: 'Lhat the said Kansas-NebraFka
<br /> Natural Gas Company, Inc., it successors and assigns, he nnd ie hereby
<br /> kranted the right, privilege and aul'hority to construct, install,
<br /> maintain, operate, replace and remove, in whole or in part, a pipe-
<br /> line for the transportation of gas in, under, and along a strip of
<br /> R land which is described in Exhihit "A", attached hereto and made a
<br /> part hereof as though fully set out herein, together with the right
<br /> of ingress and egress therefrom.
