<br /> on real estate owned by Owners, the real estate being described as

<br /> �; Southwest Quarter (S� NW� SW;) of Section Twenty-

<br /> (10) , West of the 6th P.M. , in IIall County,
<br /> ,:��= Nebraska.
<br /> 4. The following is a correct account in writing of the material,
<br /> �fi equipment and labor furnished, performed and delivered by Claimant
<br /> to 0�•�ners under the verbal contract for installation of a water well
<br /> on tne real estate on biay 28, 1976:
<br /> ; 75 feet of 4-inch casing, drilling equipment
<br /> and labor, at $3.75 per foot $ 281.25
<br />� 5. The material, equipment and labor were furnished, performed
<br />� � and delivered on May 28, 1976, and the price of $281.25 charged for
<br /> ,� the matcrial, equipment and labor is fair and reasonable, and is
<br /> '�� unpaid.
