<br /> Nebraska.
<br /> 4. The following is a correct account in writing of the material,
<br /> equipment and labor furnished, performed and delivered by Claimant �
<br /> �� to Owners under the verbal contract for installation of a c�ater well

<br /> on the real estate on Diay 28, 1976:

<br /> 5. The material, equipment and labor were furnished, performed
<br /> and delivered on May 28, 1976, and the price o,f $281.25 charged for
<br /> the material, equipment and labor is fair and reasonable, and is
