<br /> WIIEREAS, the Regional Planning Conmission has recomnended to the Board of
<br /> Supervisors of Hall County, Nebraska, that the renaming of a certain road within
<br /> f•
<br /> ; f Nall County would eliminate a potential confusing street naming situation and +
<br /> �
<br /> further assist in identifying a route to the Ha11 County Regional Airport, and;
<br /> WHEREAS, it was specifically recomnended to the Board of Supervisors of
<br /> ' Hall County, Nebraska, that the name "Stuhr Road" be changed to "Airport Avenue° '
<br /> for the following road, more particularly described as:
<br /> A road beginning at the southeast (SE) corner of Section Three (3),
<br /> Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M. Hall
<br /> � County, thence northerly along said section line a distance of one (1)
<br /> ` � mile to the northeast corner of said section, such road havin9 a
<br /> 66 foot riqht-of-way, 33 feet each side of the section line, and
<br /> '� ' WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of Nall County, Nebraska, is in agreement
<br /> and desirous of renaming such road described heretofore as suggested in order to
<br /> eliminate possible street naming confusion and assist in identification of a
<br /> - route to the Hall County ftegional Airport;
<br /> „ ' NOW TNEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the following road, more particularly
<br /> described as follows;
<br /> ' A road beginning at the southeast (SE) corner of Section Three (3),
<br /> ''�' Tov,�nship Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) 41est of the 6th P.M. Hall
<br /> County, thence northerly along said section line a distance of one (1)
<br /> mile to the northeast corner of said section, such road havin9 a 66 foot

<br /> right-of-way, 33 feet each side of the section line, and
<br /> ,; shall be and hereby is desidnated "Airport Avenue" and said name shall apply to
<br /> said road upon the effective date of this resolution.
