<br /> thet I am a resident of Hall County, Nebraeka, that I am the District
<br /> Superintendent of the East Central District of the 2Jebraska Annual
<br /> `� Conference of the United Methodist Church, that Trinity United
<br /> Methodist Churcn of Grand Island, Nebraska, is in said East Central
<br /> District, and that I am the proper Diatrict Superintendent represent-
<br /> .i ing the United Methodist Church having �urisdiction over Trinity
<br /> ,;-
<br /> United Methodi�t Church of Grand Island, Nebraska.
<br /> Af£iant further atates that he hereby gives hie written
<br /> acknowledged consent to the action taken by the proper bodies of
<br /> _ said Tri.nity United Methodist Church of Grand Island, Nebraska, with
<br /> reapect to the sale of the Church property at 1021 West Seventh
<br /> Street, Grand Island, Nebraska, and legally deacribed as followa, to-
<br /> w3t:
<br /> Fractional Zot Five (5), in Fractional Block Seven-
<br /> teen (17), in Ylallicha' Addition, and its complement,
<br /> to-wit, Fractional Zot Five (5), in Fractional Block
<br /> Three (3), in Rollins' Addition, both being Additions
<br /> ;� to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska,
<br /> which property was deeded to St. Paul's Methodist Episcopal Church
<br /> of Grand Island, Nebraska, on September 14, 1914, the deed being
<br /> recorded in Book 49, at Page 198, of Deeds, in the Office of the
<br /> '� Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, and seid Church now being
<br /> out of existence and its property heving been taken over by Trinity
<br /> United Methodist Church of Grand Island, Nebraska, whose Trustees
<br /> are the successor Trustees of the said St. Paul's Methodist Episcopal
<br /> Church, and such sale being to Revival Center, located in Grand
<br /> Island, Nebraska, for the sum of �5,500.00.
<br /> Affiant further states that the use of said property for
<br /> a � the purpose of a Church, so far as this Church orggnization is con-
<br /> cerned, has terminated, and that, in aecordance with the provisions
<br /> of The Book of Discipline of The United Methodist Church, 1968, Sec-
<br /> tion 1543, his consent hereto does hereby constitute a full, complete
<br /> and absolute release and discharge of the eaid above real property
<br /> so sold and conveyed fron the TRUST CLAUSE contained in the certain
<br /> � deed of conveyance, by which said Church aecured title to the eaid
<br /> above deacribed property.
