<br /> l. Grantee shall have the right of ingress and egress across Grantor's uroperty
<br /> ; for any nurpose necessary in connection with the survey, construction, reconstruction,
<br /> relocation, inspection, repair, replacemeni, extension, addition to, ms.intena.nce,
<br /> operation, and removal of said lines. Such in�ress and e�ress sha11 be exercised in a
<br /> ` reasonable manner.
<br /> 2. Grantee sha11 have the right to tri.m or remove a11 trees and brush on said
<br /> righ't-of-way as may be necescary to efficiently survey, construct, reconstruct, relocate,
<br /> �` insnect, repais, replace, extend, add to, msintain, operate, and remove said transmission
<br /> and clistribution lines, together with the exoress provision that any and a11 trees which,
<br /> ir. falling, would come rrithin eighteen feet of the nearesi electric line conductor, may
<br /> be tonped or removed. Al1 refuse from such tree cuttiz�; or trimming sna11 be burned or
<br /> removeii by Grantee. '
