<br /> betweem REALFACS ABSTRACT AND TITLE COMPANY INC. __�_

<br /> Grand Island, Nebraska 68801 , Charles V_Sederstrom Jr, _, Attorney-
<br /> at-Law, as "Trustee", and American Savings Company, a Nebraska corporation,

<br /> WITNESSETH: That Trustor, in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and
<br /> other valuable consideration receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, grants,
<br /> conveys, sells and warrants to Trustee, in trust, with power of sale, the fol-
<br /> lowing described property, situated in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br /> A tract of land comprising the Southerly 66.0 feet of the full lot described
<br /> as Fractional Lot 8 in Fractional Block 104 in Railroad Addition and its
<br /> complement to-wit: Fractional Lot S in Fractional Block 104 in Koening and
<br /> Wiebe's Addition, all in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br /> excepting therefrom said tract a tract of land deeded to the city of Grand
<br /> - Island, Nebraska and described as follows: Beginning at the Southeast corner
<br /> „; of said full lot a distance of 10 feet; thence running Northeasterly a distance
<br /> of 21.07 feet to a point on the easterly line of said full lot; thence running
<br /> _? Southeasterly along the Easterly line of said full Lot a distance of 18.55 feet

<br /> The intention being to convey hereby an absolute title in fee simple, inclu-
<br /> s ding all the rights of homestead and dower, together with all buildings,

<br /> 1. Warranty of Title. Trustor is lawfully seized of the Property; it has
<br /> good right and lawful authority to sell and convey the Property; the Property
<br /> is free aad clear of all liens and encumbrances excepr liens now of record;
<br /> and Trustor will warrant and defend the title to the Property unto the
<br /> Trustee and its euccessors and assigns forever, against the claims of all
