<br /> down guys, anchors, crossarms, insulators, wirffy supnorts, and other fixtures and equip-

<br /> � ` ment, and necessary surface rnarkers and other aupurtenances upon, over, along, above,
<br /> �;` ' across, underneath, and through a tract of land in Wilson's Subdivision, an Addition
<br /> in Ha11 County, Nebraska, more particularly described as:
<br /> •` The westerly twenty-seven (27) feet of the southerly one hundred
<br /> forty-one and fifteen hundredths (141.15) feet of Lot l�our:(4) of
<br /> �f ' Wilson's Subdivision, an Addition in Ha11 County, Nebraska, said
<br /> tract containing 0.09 acres, more or less, as shown on the plat dated
<br /> 9�19�75 and marked Exhibit "A" attached hereto und incorporated herein
<br /> by reference,
<br /> together with the f'ollowing rights:
<br /> : 1. Grantee shall have the right of ingress �nd egress across Gra,ntor's property

<br /> N - for any purnose necessary in connection z•rith the survey, construction, reconstruction,
<br /> �� '. relocation, inspection, repais, renlacement, er.tension, addition to, maintenance,
<br /> �• operation, and removal of said lines. Such ingress and egress sha11 be exercised in

<br /> a reasc�nable manner.
<br /> R, ` 2. Graniee sha11 have the ri�ht to trua or rnmove a11 trees �.nd brush on said
<br /> � right-oi-way as may be necessary to efficient]y �urvey, construct, reconstruct, relocate,

<br /> inspect, repais, replace, extend, add to, ma,intain, aoerate, and remove said transmiesion
<br /> _ and distribution lines, together tirith the express provision that any and all trees
<br /> ��hich in falling rrould come within eighteen feet of the nearest electric line conductor,
<br /> ieay be topped or removed. A7.1 refhse f'rom such tree cutting or trimming shall be burned
<br /> - or removed by Grentee.
<br /> 3. Grantee hereby agrees to pay Grantor or Lessees, as their interest m3y appear,
<br /> zor any dam�,ge to real or personal nronerty, fences, livestock, a.nd to grorring crops
<br /> by reason of the survey, construction, reconstruction, relocation, inspection, repair,
