<br /> MAGGIORE, his wife, as SGLLERS, and STEPHEN D. HORNr1DY and CHERYL
<br /> A. HORNADY, as BUYERS have entered into an Installment Sales A,Qree-
<br /> � ment dated the 25th day of June, 1976 wherein the SELLERS, for
<br /> valuable consideration have agreed to convey property described as
<br /> follows:
<br /> A tract of land in the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest
<br /> : Quarter (Sid�SW'�) of Section Twenty-One (21), Township Eleven
<br /> (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., more parti-
<br /> cularly described as follows: Be�inninn, at a point on the
<br /> '+ west line of the County road as laid out by County Surveyor
<br /> Baldwin in 1890, said road running al onQ the east side of
<br /> said td'�SW4, of said Section 21, and which point of beginning
<br /> is located 1520.9 feet south and 33.0 feet west of the north-
<br /> £ east corner (as used since 1890) of the Northwest Quarter of
<br /> the Southwest Quarter (N[d�S[d'�) of Section 21, runninQ thence
<br /> west at a right anQ,le a distance of 300.0 feet, thence running
<br /> ' south parallel to the west line of said county road a distance
<br /> of 200.0 feet, runnin� thence east a distance of 300.0 feet to
