<br /> MARVIN S. SJORK��lAN and SRIRLEE J. BJORKMAN, each in his and her own right and as
<br /> spouse of the other, herein called the Grantors, in consideration of 'Pwenty
<br /> Thousand Six Hundred Dollars ($'L0,600.00) received from Grantees, do grant,
<br /> bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto G, t:fiNT POWERS and DOffiS K. P0�4ER5, hus-
<br /> band and wife, as joint tenants with right of survivorship, and not as tenants

<br /> braska, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the
<br /> Southwest corner of said Northeast Ouarter of the Southeast Quarter
<br /> (NE�aSE�a); thence Northerly along the West line of said Northeast
<br /> Ouarter of the Southeast Quarter (NE�SE�a), a distance of Eight !iun-
<br /> dred Fifty-three and Eighty-one Hundredths (853.81) feet; thence de-
<br /> flecting right 89°03'40" and running Easterly, a distance of Eight

<br /> seised of said premises; that they are free from encumbrance. That Grantors
<br /> have good right and lawful authority to convey and same; and that Grantors war-
<br /> rant and will defend the title to said premises against the lawful claims of
<br /> all persons whomsoever.
<br /> It is the intention�. all parties hereto that in the event of the death of either
<br /> of the Grantees, the entire fee title to this real property shall vest in the
