<br /> MARVIN S. SJORK��lAN and SRIRLEE J. BJORKMAN, each in his and her own right and as
<br /> spouse of the other, herein called the Grantors, in consideration of 'Pwenty
<br /> Thousand Six Hundred Dollars ($'L0,600.00) received from Grantees, do grant,

<br /> Southwest corner of said Northeast Ouarter of the Southeast Quarter

<br /> Ouarter of the Southeast Quarter (NE�SE�a), a distance of Eight !iun-

<br /> flecting right 89°03'40" and running Easterly, a distance of Eight

<br /> seised of said premises; that they are free from encumbrance. That Grantors

<br /> rant and will defend the title to said premises against the lawful claims of
<br /> all persons whomsoever.
<br /> It is the intention�. all parties hereto that in the event of the death of either
